Define and manage the company's products' overall strategy of business development.
Increase the business development drive of the products by coordinating its activities within the strategic orientations and maintaining knowledge of competitive products.
Build, maintain, and manage an R&D pipeline and forecast to achieve company revenue goals.
Help to identify, define, and prioritize the market and targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to build a more high-potential product portfolio and achieve overall team goals.
Establish a scientific relationship with KOLs and, if necessary, specific fields on the company's needs to achieve the company's goals.
Lead and motivate a young team to pursue the professions of the future.
Requirements
A degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D), and/or post-graduate qualification (PhD is preferred).
Three years of managerial experience in a business development role.Strong scientific background and mindset.
Strong skills in reviewing writing and publishing medical/scientific documents.
Confident and professional communication style.
Excellent team player with an analytic, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.
Ability to successfully participate in projects involving cross-functional teams.
Able to immediately handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize tasks with high autonomy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Proven track record in supporting a logic of continuous improvement in business development procedures, tools, and templates in the business area.
