Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Prepare detailed business plans, proposals, and presentations for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and sales to develop and improve strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the management team.
- Manage and resolve any issues and conflicts with stockholders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business development specialist, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in sales tracker software.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
