Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven business development specialist to join the B2B business line. The role will have a strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Prepare detailed business plans, proposals, and presentations for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and sales to develop and improve strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the management team.
  • Manage and resolve any issues and conflicts with stockholders.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a business development specialist, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in sales tracker software.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
