About the Role:
1stQuest, a leading provider of tourism services for international travelers to Iran, is looking for a professional and motivated individual to join our team as a business development specialist. This role is focused on managing relationships with key B2B partners, including international travel agencies, business travelers, and affiliate partners, identifying new opportunities, negotiating strategic agreements, and closely collaborating with business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate, establish, and maintain strong relationships with international travel agencies, business travel companies, and affiliate partners.
- Communicate with partners to ensure they are motivated and equipped to bring business.
- Ensure partner satisfaction through high-quality services and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Interest and experience in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with international clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in startups.
- Fluency in Chinese, Russian, or Arabic.
