Job Description

As a member of the Iran IDT Team and IT operations team, work closely with business functions to enable their strategic goals by leveraging Information Digital Technology (IDT).

  • Support the project boards (where constituted)/program office to ensure that all business/IT
  • projects deliver the strategic goals of the business and enable the development of capabilities,
  • streamlining processes (where applicable), driving change, and providing a competitive edge
  • through innovation ensuring alignment with IT strategy.
  • Ensure strategic alignment of activities/initiatives utilizing root cause analysis techniques in IT
  • teams and proactively identify and drive opportunities for value creation through the process
  • enhancement, innovation, and better decision support capabilities.
  • Help set priorities for the design and delivery of business IT systems solutions, and assure
  • successful delivery of those solutions.
  • Support and manage the interests of the business for all IT-related issues relating to the
  • performance and contribution of the IT function.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize your strong analytical skills to provide valuable insights,
  • translate data into actionable recommendations, and drive informed decision-making to optimize
  • operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • 2 to 4 years of related experience (software analysis background is a plus).
  • Experience in ERP and system implementation or support is preferred.
  • Experience in any of these areas is an advantage: sales and after-sales services, logistics and
  • distribution, corporate internal processes and approval workflows, production and planning.
  • Strong business analysis and creative thinking together with high credibility when operating
  • outside the IT function.
  • Expertise in applying business and data analysis techniques, having a practical understanding of
  • systems development methodology.
  • Understanding integrated business processes and the functional interdependencies involved.
  • Highly mature with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations is essential.
