About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, strategic, and data-driven People Analytics Specialist to transform workforce data into clear business insights that drive smarter decisions. You will design dashboards, analyze trends, build forecasts, and work closely with HR, Finance, and BI teams to ensure our people strategies are backed by strong analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver HR dashboards aligned with business KPIs.
  • Analyze workforce trends (e.g., rides per FTE, attrition rates, time-to-hire) and surface risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams to integrate HR data sources (HRIS, ATS, operational data).
  • Build forecasting models to support workforce planning and optimize workforce costs.
  • Support key leadership presentations with clear, actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, Python, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of HR metrics and their business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to explain data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
