Monitor and analyze CRM (daily report of brand teams) and sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective CRM training programs for the Brand team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align sales strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.
Assist in designing and implementing sales compensation plans and incentive programs based on performance metrics.
Stay updated on tools and methodologies to ensure best practices are being followed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales force effectiveness, business support, or functional support roles.
Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/sales analytical tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
