Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Registering and following up on domestic and international orders.
  • Managing and overseeing financial and accounting tasks related to commercial operations.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and managing domestic and international correspondence.
  • Organizing and maintaining records for currency transfers and payments.
  • Reviewing and matching Proforma invoices and other trade-related documents.
  • Reporting to managers and preparing financial and commercial documentation.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Industrial Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English for international communications.
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial principles with the ability to perform precise financial calculations.
  • Knowledge of commercial processes and experience in both domestic and international trade.
  • Experience in order registration and follow-up.
  • Familiarity with Proforma invoices and related trade documents.
  • Understanding of currency transfers and international payment processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and relevant accounting and business management software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and problem-solving abilities.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in commercial or accounting roles.
