Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Oversee the administration of hotel guarantee agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to analyze performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful reports for internal stakeholders.
Revenue Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and maximize profitability within the hotel guarantee vertical through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
Contract Negotiation and Renewal:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate new agreements, as well as renew existing contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, leveraging effective communication and negotiation skills to drive mutual success and achieve revenue targets.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and streamline processes related to hotel guarantee management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including B2B sales, marketing, and finance, to align strategies and initiatives, support cross-selling opportunities, and drive overall commercial success.
