Design a fair and competent C&B package aligned with the business strategies and goals to increase the employees’ satisfaction and the organization's efficiency.
Implement an integrated C&B instruction conforming to the organization's culture and targets.
Evaluate jobs and classify them to ensure that the C&B system is operated fairly.
Ensure that the ongoing C&B package is aligned with the national labor law to keep the employees satisfied and manage the legal risks of HR procedures.
Participate in C&B surveys and compare the ongoing package to the markets to ensure that the compensation system is competent.
Analyze and assess the required budget to balance the compensation system by the governmental raises.
Propose compensation packages relating to the organization's requirements to commit the fairness principles and strengthen employee retention.
Prepare descriptive and analytical reports relating to the C&B to facilitate management decision-making.
Utilize various data-oriented methods and techniques to design direct monetary, indirectly-monetary, and non-monetary C&B systems.
Enter and update the data relating to the job grades, employee levels, and pay and benefits of the employees to ensure that the C&B data is integrated.
Requirements
Deep knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation.
Mastery of C&B theories and practices.
Familiarity with statistical analysis methods.
Relevant experience in industrial and organizational psychology and employment market surveys.
Familiarity with different approaches of benefits and rewards frames.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Proficiency in SAP software.
Familiarity with labor law.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, I&O Psychology, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 5 years of work experience in relevant positions.
