Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive commercial growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and analyze new business opportunities, including market expansion and partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align commercial growth strategies.
• Improve processes to strengthen market position.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to develop innovative growth initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage the commercial growth budget.

Requirements:
• Experience in driving growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to realize multi-disciplinary outputs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial development, sales management, or similar role.
