Job Description

• Lead and manage the company's compliance program, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program covering all aspects of the organization's operations.
• Monitor compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all required compliance information to regulatory authorities, and prepare and file all necessary disclosures and reports.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for all employees, and provide ongoing guidance and support on compliance matters.
• Conduct internal investigations into alleged violations of laws, regulations, or company policies, and work with legal counsel to determine appropriate disciplinary actions and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with other business units and functions to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
• Communicate compliance requirements and updates to employees, management, and the Board of Directors.
• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization, and represent the company in interactions with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Law, Business, or Finance.
• At least 5+ years of experience in compliance management, with a proven track record of success in a highly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk-assessment skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High integrity and ethical standards, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
