Lead and manage the company's compliance program, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program covering all aspects of the organization's operations.
Monitor compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all required compliance information to regulatory authorities, and prepare and file all necessary disclosures and reports.
Develop and deliver compliance training programs for all employees, and provide ongoing guidance and support on compliance matters.
Conduct internal investigations into alleged violations of laws, regulations, or company policies, and work with legal counsel to determine appropriate disciplinary actions and implement corrective measures.
Collaborate with other business units and functions to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
Communicate compliance requirements and updates to employees, management, and the Board of Directors.
Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization, and represent the company in interactions with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Law, Business, or Finance.
At least 5+ years of experience in compliance management, with a proven track record of success in a highly regulated industry.
Strong knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
