Reading and studying the architecture and structure shop designs and supporting subcontractors to implement them on site and propose solutions for obstacles and problems during execution.
Supervision subcontractor on-site implementation from arrived material quality to excavation, re-baring, form-working, welding, concrete pouring, concrete mixture, landscaping, and on-site filling and road construction, to assure high quality of work and correctness according to the design.
In case of need support for simple design (dwg format files) modification and creating schematics or details for execution.
Provide supervision reports and feedback regularly, in addition to all required employee or work-needed reports.
Maintain operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
Provide engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Requirements
Experience in construction projects preparing simple engineering designs and documents and confirming specifications.
Understanding layouts and designs of civil engineering design like studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data, structural designs, shop drawings, etc.
Capability of tight supervision during site construction in all portions based on the layouts and communication with the central technical team.
Good ability to communicate with the team, subcontractor, and main client team.
