POSITION SUMMARY:

We are very much excited to start recruiting for the above key position and an addition to our “Dynamic Consumer Engagement Center Team, who will be reporting to our “Consumer Conversation and Care Center Manager”, while, looking for a Knowledgeable Nutritionist or Pharmacist Professional to join our “12Hours / 6Days Consumer Conversation and Care Center”, currently one of the most reliable Consumer and Customer Contact Hubs in the Country accommodating, 15,000 Calls and Consumer, Customer Inquiries throughout the Year. The main responsibility behind the role is to provide comprehensive nutritional counseling and required advice to our consumers and answer all inquiries/requests while gaining valuable corporate experience and using the clinical knowledge that all in all will help us to further embark on the fascinating journey of building TRUST. Role at the same time, we will be having full exposure to Digital Marketing Communications in both Corporate and Marketing Communication front through internal engagement with Marketing Teams and at the same time external ones with our Marketing Agencies.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Prepare monthly reports about complaints and consumer activities.
  • Ensure quality control over the consumer call center hotline and prepare to pass over the response with the right brand tone.
  • Prepare replies to all questions received from the public (via letter, telephone, e-mail, and SMS), either based on your knowledge deck and/or after consultation with appropriate units in the Tehran office, Qazvin, Polour Site, and MENA teams.
  • Establish and update a list of consumer services' key contacts regularly.
  • Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of breast milk substitutes, Nestlé instructions, and local country codes.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders at all units at all times.

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Pharmacy.
  • At least 2 years of quality clinical experience in relevant fields.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Developed presentation skills.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Good internet and online platform skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience in call center and event management would be a plus.
