Job Description
- Assist in setting annual channel activation plan in line with country channel and category priorities.
- Build activities to maximize channel coverage and growth.
- Provide and gather channel information.
- Prepare, and analyze weekly and monthly reports on the market situation.
- Seek and provide information to support determining its position in IR and OR channels.
- Design specific research methods such as questionnaires.
- Plan and execute strategies to increase shops’ sales and performance.
- Monitor channel marketing agency activities.
- Periodic monitoring and visiting CE markets across the country.
- Build constructive relationships with dealers to ensure smooth dealer services.
- Check to identify retailers having the highest growth, and potential to achieve maximum ROI.
- Plan and implement training programs.
- Merchandise audit and quality control.
- Marketing audit and cost management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in retail operations and channel marketing.
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking.
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent analyzer and compiler of raw data.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
