Position Overview:
The content supervisor will be pivotal in overseeing the content team to ensure the delivery of high-quality and impactful materials. This role focuses on supervising content creation, ensuring alignment with Khodro45’s brand strategy, and maintaining a consistent tone and voice across all platforms, particularly the Khodro45 Blog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the content team, including writers, editors, and freelancers.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with company goals and marketing objectives.
- Ensure the consistency, quality, and effectiveness of all content, including blog posts, articles, and other formats.
- Coordinate with marketing, SEO, and design teams to produce well-rounded content that drives traffic and engagement.
- Review and approve content drafts, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Oversee adherence to editorial deadlines and project timelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to identify new opportunities for innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content creation or management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of SEO and digital content trends.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
