POSITION: Factory Manager Assistant; LOCATION: Iran/Qazvin; REPORTS TO: Factory Manager;
Position Summary:

You are supposed to support the factory manager's schedule and personal work, organize and manage all the factory visitors, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the factory manager and manage his calendar, consolidating documents for signatures, and approval also capturing all related expenses.
Support general administrative tasks like arranging travel, visas, and accommodation for visitors, processing purchasing requests, and good receipts for administrative-related goods.
End-to-end management of factory visits, events, and meetings.
Provide full support in completing visitors' travel and accommodation requirements and ensuring all the necessary requirements and requests are provided and well taken care of.
Collect the related reports from the heads of departments, edit them & and make sure to adhere to the deadline as per the factory manager's needs.
Responsible for booking the NCE Room and Auditorium in the factory and holding the letter number file.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in English, Management, or Communications.
At least 2 years of experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Personal relations based on trust and mutual respect combined with an ability to communicate openly.
High level of English and Farsi proficiency both written and spoken.
Having a problem-solving mindset and teamwork spirit.
