Job Description

  • Interact with passengers.
  • Provide quality customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Interact positively and communicate effectively internally with staff, GM, marketing, tour, and tour managers as needed.
  • Create, complete, and manage accurate and timely reports to the manager.
  • Create, maintain, modify, and manage all visa events in a computerized environment.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the tour manager or other management.
  • Scan and type all the visa forms.
  • Prepare visa documents for embassies and if necessary go to the embassies with passengers.
  • Report to the tour manager.
  • File out visa application forms.
  • Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.
  • Duration: 1-year contract.
  • Commissions or bonuses: Yes.
