We're on the lookout for a skilled full-time in-house copywriter who excels in crafting compelling content. As a valued member of our creative ensemble, you'll be tasked with writing and refining content across various mediums such as print, web, mobile, video, and social media. Collaborating closely with our account and design teams, you'll brainstorm ideas, sculpt concepts, and convey messaging with precision. Meticulous research and insightful interviews will be fundamental as you delve into each client's industry, products, services, branding, and marketing landscape. We're seeking a quick study with a versatile writing flair to excel in this role.

Objectives:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload, often requiring short turnaround times.
  • Continuously elevate the standard by producing fresh, engaging copy that resonates with our target audience and incites action.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in adapting the tone, style, and nuances of messaging based on the industry, company, or target demographic.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in communication and client-related domains.
  • Maintain current knowledge of appropriate style guidelines and brand voice to ensure consistent messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate creative briefs into compelling concepts tailored to assigned brands.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to grasp client needs and target demographics, utilizing online resources, existing research, expert interviews, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Craft original copy and refine content across a spectrum of marketing and communication materials.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and creative colleagues throughout the project lifecycle, from ideation to final deliverables.
  • Present copy concepts and final outputs to internal stakeholders and occasionally to client representatives during presentations or pitches.
  • Iterate on copy based on internal and client feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Four or more years of professional copywriting experience, supported by a robust portfolio.
  • Exceptional writing and research acumen.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and adeptness at multitasking.
