Requirements::
- Maximum age: 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or Management.
- At least 2 years of executive experience and responsibility in customer service within production or service organizations.
- Familiarity with marketing and branding concepts.
- Knowledge of quality management system concepts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer relationship management systems.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to prepare statistical reports and data analysis at an advanced level.
- Proficiency in drafting meeting minutes, formal letters, and emails at a high level.
- Ability to identify and analyze problems and propose appropriate solutions.
- Capability to manage and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Skills in planning and prioritizing tasks to respond to customers in the shortest possible time.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain composure when dealing with dissatisfied or problematic customers.
- Strong teamwork skills.
