Job Description

Requirements::

  • Maximum age: 35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or Management.
  • At least 2 years of executive experience and responsibility in customer service within production or service organizations.
  • Familiarity with marketing and branding concepts.
  • Knowledge of quality management system concepts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer relationship management systems.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to prepare statistical reports and data analysis at an advanced level.
  • Proficiency in drafting meeting minutes, formal letters, and emails at a high level.
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Capability to manage and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Skills in planning and prioritizing tasks to respond to customers in the shortest possible time.
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain composure when dealing with dissatisfied or problematic customers.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
