Job Description

The customer support and relations specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our global customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and partners. You will receive comprehensive training on using HubSpot CRM and an introduction to our company processes. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Manage post-event feedback, ensuring that customer concerns are followed up and resolved.

CRM Management:

  • Use HubSpot CRM to track and manage all customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer details, inquiries, and support tickets.
  • Follow up with customers on inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with international customers.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other teams (operations, web development, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to provide feedback and insights on customer support processes and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or support roles, ideally with an international audience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems (experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus, but training will be provided).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a keen eye for detail.
