Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Utilize ERP systems for managing customer data and orders.
- Offer support in the preparation of performance reports.
- Assist in overseeing orders and ensuring compliance with customs and customers' requirements.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in customer support and logistics coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
