To analyze market-related data and provide different analysis/market intelligence as input for different teams inside and outside marketing, especially market planning.
To monitor the performance of market plans and provide reports and analysis on them for the management.
Responsibilities:
To proactively investigate and suggest solutions from different resources including analyzed data for increasing revenue and achieving market targets
To liaise with CR/S&D/NW/CPG/MKT Research/finance planning to collect all needed data for conducting market analysis.
To liaise with vendors to maintain and enhance applied tools/databases.
To liaise with ITS representatives to define new reports and rules based on business requirements.
To initiate URS and change on applied tools to support team activities, follow up ton heir implementation, and test them before they go live.
To contribute to developing promotions that will ensure that margins/revenues are maintained while reinforcing Irancell’s brand and customer image.
To generate and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company market and related trends through reading reports, conducting research, mass data manipulation, modeling, and market data analysis from different sources.
To provide and cater data/information for the CVM planning team by providing different reports/analyses for them.
To investigate the market, analyze competitors’ offers/products/activities in the market, and report them to CVM planning and brand departments.
To receive and review all CVM plans from the CVM planning team, and provide input for them in defining key performance indicators which is used to evaluate business performance.
To measure business plan KPIs as per definition and report them constantly to CVM planning and escalate gaps between actual outputs with established objectives to the management.
To provide geographical analysis of market trends and developments, customer needs, behavior, and traffic patterns using related applications & software for related teams.
To provide city and other granular level performance data and depict data via maps and analyze them constantly.
To provide recommendations to aid NW, marketing, and sales decision-making through geographical focus and at a granular (city) level.
To provide market and competitor insights through presentations and reports to the Top Management and various internal management teams to allow effective strategic and tactical decision-making and implementation.
To proactively make recommendations to management concerning key intelligence items that require further consideration.
To generate and consolidate reports as needed to meet management requirements, including different ad-hoc reports.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing, Communications) or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering would be considered.
Experience:
At least three years of experience in an area of specialization;
