Job Description

• Handle the documentation for procurement and customs clearance processes.
• Coordinate with client authorities and ensure accurate submission of documents.
• Monitor shipment statuses and liaise with shipping agents.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure compliance with contractual terms and delivery timelines.
• Identify and resolve issues causing delays in clearance or delivery.

Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years in customs clearance, logistics, or procurement roles.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and tender/procurement process.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of English.
