Job Description

This is an exciting new role within a start-up company registered in the UK, offering innovative B2C services to a global audience. The core activity is a training and education comparison website. The candidate can be located anywhere, ideally with at least 3-5 years of demonstrable experience. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing (sorting, categorizing, merging, cleansing), and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to extract and manipulate data, generate reports, and contribute to continuously improving our products and services.

• Reporting to the operations manager;

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Reporting and Visualization

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Visualize data and findings clearly and concisely for stakeholders, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Insights and Recommendations

• Interpret data and analyze results to provide ongoing reports and insights to internal teams and external teams such as developers, and other outsourced agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.

Data Quality and Integrity:

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
• Identify and address data quality issues and work to improve overall data quality within the organization.

Continuous Improvement

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data analytics.
