Job Description
Our company is seeking a data team lead with relevant skills and knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence. The data team lead will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to extract key patterns and trends, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to extract key patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to identify data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Design and develop reports and dashboards using analytical tools like Microsoft Power BI.
- Enhance the skills and expertise of fellow BI specialists within the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in analyzing business data using data query languages like SQL.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView for creating analytical dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of concepts in sales, marketing, inventory management, and economics.
- Deep understanding of statistical data analysis methods and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in using software such as Tableau or Power BI for building and managing analytical dashboards.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in data analysis.
- Fluent in SQL.
- Fluent in Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and economics.
- Knowledge of Python or R (preferred).
