Job Description
The digital marketing supervisor will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing and advertising campaigns to promote our products, services, or initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, design, and execute promotional campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, etc.).
- Analyze market trends, target audience needs, and competition to create compelling marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create and manage content on social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Stay current on social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a digital marketing manager or similar roles.
- Social media savvy, and passionate about staying on top of trends for brand awareness and impressions.
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
- Strong project management and managerial skills.
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
- Understanding website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
