Job Description

The digital marketing supervisor will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing and advertising campaigns to promote our products, services, or initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan, design, and execute promotional campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends, target audience needs, and competition to create compelling marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and manage content on social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Stay current on social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a digital marketing manager or similar roles.
  • Social media savvy, and passionate about staying on top of trends for brand awareness and impressions.
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Strong project management and managerial skills.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Understanding website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
