Supervise and manage the activities of the sales team in order to achieve annual sales volume objectives for a specific product portfolio while remaining within an agreed cost budget and respecting ethical guidelines defined by the company.

Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.
Collect customer feedback and market research through the team at the required time
Inventory stock management.
Resolve complaints regarding sales and service.
Provide timely and consistent feedback, monitor, and control various reports of all sales forces.
Create rules for reports and performance for the team under his/her control.
Wide fieldwork across the range and ensure that time and resources are appropriately allocated
Monitor sales activities via double visits.
Coach his/her team behaviorally and technically.
Requirements
MD, Pharmacist, DVM, or at least a Master's degree in related Medical Science fields.
At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
Experience in people management and team leadership
Excellent interpersonal savvy.
Strong focus on continuous learning.
At least an upper-intermediate level of English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Flexibility to travel across the assigned district.
