Job Description
- Ensure implementation of the EHS management system and compliance with the group and local EHS standards in the factory and other operations premises.
- Ensure continuous improvement in all EHS dimensions.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
- Zero LWC (lost work case) incidents and environmental incidents in operations;
- Minimization of financial losses arising from EHS risks in operations;
- EHS management is accepted and fully integrated into routine business management in operations;
- Compliance with BAT and legal standards, policies, and programs as to EHS;
- Line management and staff have sufficient information, in the form of objectives, targets, procedures, guidelines, and instructions to manage EHS issues effectively;
- Suppliers' and contractors' EHS performance standards match those of BAT;
- Minimize the exposure of all people in factory premises to the risk of injury;
