Job Description

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Extract data from different databases, interpret data, and analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Design, build, and deploy BI solutions.
Maintain and support data analytics platforms.
Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to identify. business needs across different fields like customer service, sales, and network.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology Management (ITM), Computer Science, Statistics, or other related fields.
Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.
High level of teamwork and communication skills.
Enthusiastic about data analytics.
Enthusiastic about learning and facing new challenges.
Ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to write comprehensive reports.
Ability to prepare management reports and dashboards.
Fluent in SQL Server, and TSQL.
Proficiency in SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS is a plus.
Proficiency with ETL concepts.
Hands-on data cleansing, and modeling using R or Python.
experience with reporting infrastructures (Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of statistics is a plus.
