Job Description

Forming new export files.
Carrying out matters related to receiving approvals from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
embassies for export documents.
Developing sales and distribution channels and tracking contracts with new customers.
Searching for new international markets in GCC, CIS countries, and Europe for exports.
Monitoring all export target markets.
Updating export statistics.
Managing international exhibitions and events.
Carrying out customs formalities related to sending non-commercial shipments, including required coordination with warehouse, airport holding, and export declaration.
Preparing shipping documents including proforma, invoice, packing, and so on.

Requirements

Ideal age range: 30 to 40 years old.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Management.
At least 8 years of professional experience, preferably in the cosmetics and food industry.
Fully aware of export regulations and requirements.
Mastery of the principles and techniques of trade negotiations.
Full command of specialized English in the field of trade and commerce.
