Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and emerging trends.
- Analyze market data, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to develop effective marketing strategies.
Business Development:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in nominated regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
- Develop a network of potential customers and partners.
- Export Sales and Promotion:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products/services in nominated markets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve export sales targets.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare export-related documents, including invoices, shipping instructions, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor export performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Identify the root cause of any operational and process problems and devise appropriate resolutions.
- Cooperate with the financial team to keep records updated.
- Support the team by gathering, coordinating, preparing, and delivering information and ad-hoc reports.
- Contribute to the team effort by achieving related results when necessary.

Qualifications:
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in French, Arabic, or Chinese and proficient in English.
- Able to communicate effectively with nominated region clients, negotiate deals, and handle inquiries.
Others:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export marketing, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Strong understanding of different business cultures and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Good knowledge of INCOTERMS.
- Availability at weekends for foreign correspondence.
- Team player, self-motivated, high disciplined.
- Negotiation and effective communication skills.
