Lead and drive the manufacturing operations team to implement strategies and produce Unilever Iran products at standard quality.
Lead implementation of quality standards in the plant in line with Unilever guidelines and local legislation for full compliance with consumer quality standards.
Lead maintenance programs in line with plant & equipment maintenance strategies for the best utilization of equipment and resources.
Drive implementation of innovation and localization projects by looking for the best alternatives/options for manufacturing, following category technology selection, and supporting the innovation delivery as a part ofthe agreed network.
Implement projects in line with the factory sustainability roadmap for the reduction of energy, water, RM/PM waste, and solid/liquid effluent waste of the entire plant.
Lead safety standards through implementation of process, equipment, and behavioral safety protocols in line with Unilever guidelines and local legislations for full compliance to a safe working place.
Prepare and manage capital budgets and capital expenditure proposals in consultation with SC Head and Finance Business Partners.
Ensure to follow Unilever mandatory policies such as Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Code of business principles.
Provide leadership and empower the team in line with HR policies. Implement performance management processes to ensure team members meet their goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in preferably Technical disciplines such as Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments and leading big teams.
Business acumen and data analytics.
Understanding performance management or other lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
Action and decision-oriented.
Effective communication skills for multi-level engagement.
