Job Description
- Ensure the implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
- Present and sell company products to current and potential distributors.
- Monitor the retailers' performance in their areas.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, and any other daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Manage people who are under his supervision.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in FMCG.
- Strong teamwork and working effectively with others.
- Ability to train, motivate, and promote the sales team.
- Leadership and supervisory competencies.
- Communication skills.
- Follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
