Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes.

- Provide clear financial reporting to the board and executive team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee tax, payroll, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Develop strategies for financial sustainability and profitability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in managing financial operations and leading teams.
- Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems specifically Rahkaran.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
