Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred).
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
