Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, including monthly dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes.

Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of financial systems, ERP tools, and forecasting software.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis techniques.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
