Job Description

• TT analysis and reporting in all network levels such as Root Cause/Sub Cause analysis.
• Change request analysis and risk management.
• Handling, following and managing internal and external procedures.
• Customer relationship management.
• Focus on the improvement of the internal and external processes.
• SLA & OLA management.
• Network safety and security management.

Requirements:

• TX/IP/MW experience in the field or FO teams.
• +3 years of experience in the telecommunication industry.
• Knowledge of TX/IP/MW/BSS/OSS for all vendors.
• Familiar with all types of switches, nodes, and routers in telecommunication networks, such as VPLS, TIC/TCP links.
• Familiar with Manage Service procedures and roles.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Can work under project pressure.
• Result-oriented.
• Adequate English skills.
