Job Description
- TT analysis and reporting in all network levels such as Root Cause/Sub Cause analysis.
- Change request analysis and risk management.
- Handling, following and managing internal and external procedures.
- Customer relationship management.
- Focus on the improvement of the internal and external processes.
- SLA & OLA management.
- Network safety and security management.
Requirements:
- TX/IP/MW experience in the field or FO teams.
- +3 years of experience in the telecommunication industry.
- Knowledge of TX/IP/MW/BSS/OSS for all vendors.
- Familiar with all types of switches, nodes, and routers in telecommunication networks, such as VPLS, TIC/TCP links.
- Familiar with Manage Service procedures and roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Can work under project pressure.
- Result-oriented.
- Adequate English skills.
