Job Description
- Carry out and coordinate all business activities and affairs such as negotiation and ordering.
- Communicate with the company's suppliers to register the order and arrange shipment.
- Document the ordering process based on company requirements.
- Plan with regulatory authorities, suppliers, and customers for smooth delivery of products.
- Prepare regular reports and forecast plans and timelines.
- Supplier evaluation with the help of other departments if needed.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least three years of work experience in pharmacy.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English, oral and written.
- Good at MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Expert in all business stages.
- Expert in rules and regulations of banking procedures.
- Familiarity with customs clearance procedures.
- Getting to know colleagues' systems.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, creative, and a team player.
