Job Description

• Follow up and negotiate with foreign suppliers in all stages of business (PI receipt, payment, inspection, shipment of goods, etc.).
• Source new goods and follow up with suppliers to get samples, suitable prices, and terms of cooperation.
• Follow up with international shipping companies regarding the transportation of goods and other necessary processes.
• Follow up with insurance companies, inspection, clearance, etc. for the processes related to the import of goods.
• Register orders, requests for allocation, product ID, etc. in the comprehensive trading system.
• Go to the bank and exchange to buy and transfer currency and prepare the necessary documents.
• Follow up on various organizations to obtain the necessary permits for the purpose of importing goods (import and export regulations office, Ministry of Security, etc.).
