Job Description
- Executing all general services tasks and supporting other departments on relevant requests.
- Following up on all projects for employees’ benefit.
- Managing catering, security, transportation, and facilities sections.
- Coordinating all tasks related to local and international guests from A to Z.
- Helping the procurement department to find the best possible resources for general service purchases.
- Managing formalities for domestic missions.
Requirements
- At least a higher diploma degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in the general services area (manufacturing companies is an advantage).
- Ability to manage the team.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Mostly Excel).
- Teamwork attitude.
- English knowledge is an advantage.
