Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create designs for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to web/app, social media content, and ad banners.
- Participate in conceptualizing, developing, and designing creative campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in visual elements across all platforms, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and design standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, content specialists, and web developers, to bring creative concepts to life.
- Create engaging multimedia content, including animations and videos, to enhance user experience and storytelling.
- Translate complex data into visually appealing and understandable graphics, charts, and infographics.
- Stay updated on design trends, AI-powered tools, and technologies to adapt design approaches to align with evolving industry standards and enhance speed and quality.
- Oversee the printing process to ensure color quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling and accessible designs.
- Strong Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with software like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere is a plus.
