Conceptualize and create designs for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to web/app, social media content, and ad banners.
Participate in conceptualizing, developing, and designing creative campaigns.
Ensure consistency in visual elements across all platforms, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and design standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, content specialists, and web developers, to bring creative concepts to life.
Create engaging multimedia content, including animations and videos, to enhance user experience and storytelling.
Translate complex data into visually appealing and understandable graphics, charts, and infographics.
Stay updated on design trends, AI-powered tools, and technologies to adapt design approaches to align with evolving industry standards and enhance speed and quality.
Oversee the printing process to ensure color quality and consistency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling and accessible designs.
Strong Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.
Familiarity with software like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere is a plus.
