Control and follow up on all commercial activities.
Be up-to-date about current regulations and monitor applicable law changes for better dealing with customs, road, sea, and air transportation and document and LC condition and incoterms.
Identify and evaluate foreign suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
Handle all international commercial affairs such as order obtaining, corresponding, and monitoring order processes with suppliers.
Responsible for the supervision and execution of all affairs of purchase, including foreign purchases, purchase contracts, examination and determination of purchase prices, documentary credits, and other related occupations.
Pursue the import contract.
Prepare import documents.
Carry out order registration affairs.
Track foreign suppliers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Management, Business, Engineering, or other related fields.
Familiar with the principles of international shipping, contracts, and regulations.
Familiar with international payment instruments including LC.
Familiar with project purchases and commercial affairs in projects.
Strong crisis management, risk management, and team-working skills.
Familiarity with the process of registering product orders and related matters.
Understanding problem-solving methods.
Familiar with the clearance and customs system.
Strong communication, presentation, commercial correspondence, and negotiation skills.
Familiar with tendering systems in the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical equipment field.
Familiarity with import and export.
Fluent in English correspondence.
Good communication and international skills in English.
At least 7 years of experience in a senior commercial position in the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical industries.
