About the Job:

This role will be responsible for end-to-end marketing functionalities and added value as well as creating and developing an engaged marketing team that will be the heart of brand inspiration and business growth of the CBU.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to company strategic direction by fueling the long-term pipeline, defining the annual calendar, category visions, Strat Plan, and CAPEX proposals.
  • Leading innovation/renovation projects through a skilled team of project managers, to ensure growth and superiority.
  • Being the reference of brands for all stakeholders, educating local teams with brand values and promises to constantly inspire a brand-driven company and establish a brand stewardship culture.
  • Key connection with brand and business global leaders to contribute and cascade global ideas/innovations/assets as required.
  • The architect and brainpower behind Danone global brands in the local market, evolving brand strategies and category strategic frameworks, shaping key strategic goals, and identifying priority growth.
  • Leading, developing, and empowering the marketing team as responsible people for end-to-end Danone Dairy portfolio in Iran, to monitor and improve brands’ performance in terms of commercial, financial, and health KPIs, and deliver superior brand experiences.
  • Arming marketing community and partners with fundamental marketing knowledge, encouraging them to leverage existing tools and drive new best-in-class methodologies.
  • Contributing to company performance regional and global reporting, ensuring local performance and practices gain exposure and convincingness, feeding back local teams with global guidance and mandates.
  • Taking an ecosystem-wide approach to developing external partners and suppliers (communications, research, agencies, specific services, etc.) as local assets of Danone Dairy in Iran and fostering execution excellence.
  • Networking and navigating through all internal and external stakeholders, challenging the status quo, and influencing company performance across different functions.
  • Ensuring efficient and intelligent spending of company full-year PPE (excluding trade marketing).
  • Managing the S&I community to analyze and synthesize within & across all of the data sources, to constantly update trends, discover insights, and provide inputs to bring clarity to business decision-making.
  • Corporate communications to transfer Danone’s identity and values in Iran, building and protecting corporate reputation and credibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior brand management position preferably in FMCG (2 to 3 years of experience in agencies is a plus).
