Job Description

Customer Management:

  • Collaborating with marketing colleagues, the commercial team, and other internal partners to ensure that the project.
  • Setting annual targets and defining the quarterly and monthly targets and objectives.
  • Expanding the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market.
  • Setting the direction of the marketing and sales, and revenue strategy, and ensuring that it is aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to implement strategies to push sales
  • Arranging and attending client meetings.

Digital Marketing:

  • Monitoring and reporting on competitors' campaigns and promotions.
  • Leading the marketing team to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets.
  • Tracking the performance of the team.
  • Providing marketing reports and annual budgeting.
  • Supervising and organizing all related exhibitions and seminars.
  • Collaborating in the pricing and discounts strategy process.
  • Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs, and competitors’ actions to market and product development.
  • Reporting to the CEO.
  • Recommending budget expenditures and evaluating return on investment.\

Requirements:

  • An MBA degree.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Multitask capability and team spirit.
  • Eager to activate challenging targets.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ideal age range: 30 to 45 years old.
