Job Description

• Operating Windows services like DC and file sharing for defining new users and creating relevant access.
• Installing and setting up servers and PCs to provide and use organizational services.
• Upgrading servers and PCs to optimize service delivery to users.
• Managing and supervising the maintenance of server room equipment and preparing documentation for equipment.
• Managing and creating backups of all information and services.
• Coordinating and supervising support companies to resolve hardware and software issues of all servers and existing services in the organization.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in virtualization and data backup and recovery methods.
• Proficiency in Exchange, Skype For Business, and IIS Server Services.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft services - CA Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with software and organizational infrastructure.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and basics.
• Familiarity with Cisco equipment.
