They are committed to collaborating with HR Business Partners across different business units to ensure seamless HR operations and support
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage HR operations, including performance management and development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
- Handle employee relations, including counseling and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- +3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably with a focus on operations.
- Ability to work on a rotating basis at the Shadabad, Badamak, Vardavard, and Shahrak Danesh operation centers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
