Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
  • Lead the recruitment process, from initial application to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly and consistently.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

HR Policy and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Employee Engagement:

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for HR metrics and analytics.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist, talent acquisition specialist, or similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics.
  • Ability to design a variety of hiring process functions.
