Job Description

  • To liaise with and support various HR Teams on their IT requirements and change initiatives
  • To provide inputs to HR systems to enhance HR services in collaboration with HR systems Business Analyst
  • To interact with HR systems vendors to ensure smooth and timely implementation of the related projects.
  • To lead and make awareness within HR teams of the latest digital solutions to expedite HR process circulation
  • To devise the structure of maintenance of employees' HR user profiles for existing employees and the creation of files for new employees in the HR
  • To design controls and perform regular checks to ensure data integrity in the HR ERP database and escalate to the responsible team.
  • To provide solutions on HR ERP databases based on new requirements and providing various queries on the HR ERP database; this includes following up with HR ERP Vendor to deliver
  • To create systemic and technical communication with different vendors in ITS, Network, and CT, and play a project coordinator/business analyst role in shared projects to move toward Digital HR
  • To Implement and maintain the HR ERP database for non-staff including user creation, settlements, and other updates accordingly.
  • To support HR staff by providing various reports from HR ERP and applying mass changes in staff records.
  • To ensure bulk data migration in HR ERP databases based on Ad Hoc and regular requests is applied smoothly on a timely basis.
  • To grant/Revoke HR user permissions in HR ERP, share drives, mail groups, Share point, etc.
  • To provide and communicate the required User Manual for the HR Enterprise System
  • To ensure HRIS-related SLA/OLAs/Policies are in place, revise HR/ITS SLAs and system governance-related policies as required.
  • To support the Electronic Data Collection process and delivery, this includes gathering Form requirements from different teams inside and outside the division, creating Forms in MTNI survey/SharePoint/HR Portals, and providing related reports.
  • To support business units regarding process documentation in order to analyze and provide automation solutions in collaboration with ITS and prepare URS templates.
  • To prepare regular reports for contract extension reports, Employee Change reports, staff information, and other related reports per agreements.
  • To provide importable files based on HR ERP Data Source Tables to extend contracts and payroll information of whole company employees in IFS.
  • To participate in ad hoc HR information systems for various teams in HR
  • To ensure the validity and security of staff information in IFS and HR

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related fields; a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT preferably HR IT; with experience in supervising others.
  • Experience working in a medium organization.
